Check-in: 4:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am. The hotel will make every effort to personalize our guests' stays if provided ETA information at time of reservation. Late checkout requests are subject to the hotel’s occupancy and can be requested through our front desk only. Additional charges may apply.

From May 25th through October 30th, cancel by 4:00 pm local hotel time, at least 30 (thirty) days prior to confirmed arrival date to avoid a penalty charge equal to 100% of the entire stay, including taxes and hotel resort fee; non-refundable. Cancellations received prior to the 30 days period will incur a one-time cancellation fee of $50.00 processed to the credit card on file.

Cancel by 4pm local hotel time, at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to confirmed arrival date to avoid a charge equal to a 100% of the first night, including taxes and hotel resort fee. Cancellations received prior to the 14 days period will incur a one-time cancellation fee of $25.00 to be processed to the credit card on file.

All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival with a valid major credit card with expiration date. High Season: From May 25th through October 30th, the guest will be charged 100% prepayment of the entire stay including taxes and resort fees to the credit card on file to secure the reservation. On the event that the card on file does not go through with the mentioned charges above, the hotel reserves the right to automatically cancel the reservation without further notice to the guest. The hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by the above methods. Upon check in; guests may use another form of acceptable payment for their accommodations.

14.125% state, city & occupancy tax per night are required year-round. A nightly resort fee of 10% of nightly rate will apply to all reservations, plus applicable tax.

The heated saltwater swimming pool is located behind the lobby. The pool is open daily, weather permitting. *Seasonal & dates may vary. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Journey bicycles are complimentary to hotel guests. Please see the front desk for assistance. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. *Note that bikes are not available during winter months.

Complimentary parking limited to one vehicle per guest room.

For guest accommodations to be confirmed at the time of check in, sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorization of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of total guest room charges, applicable taxes plus a provision for incidental charges up to $150 will be placed on the card provided. Cash payment upon check out is currently not acceptable.

You must be 21 years or older to be able to check-in. A Valid picture ID and a valid method of payment is required. The credit card holder must be present at time of check in.

Pets are not allowed between May 1 to September 30. Outside of these dates, permission may be requested in advance for one ESA dog under 25 lbs per reservation by emailing hello@journeyeasthampton.com. $150 - $250 per stay pet cleaning fee required and guest must follow property guidelines provided. Americans with Disabilities (ADA) service dogs are welcome at Journey East Hampton. Please let us know you will have a service dog will when confirming your reservation with us.

Journey East Hampton is 100% compliant with the American’s With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer 1 accessible room at the hotel. Please ensure requests reach us by placing it in the comments section of the online reservation form, or by calling us directly at 631-324-4550 after the reservation has been made.

Journey East Hampton is a 100% non-smoking, non-vaping facility. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within the hotel facility, including public areas. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guest room, the hotel will charge a minimum $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.

Room rates are listed for single / double occupancy. Additional adults sharing a room will incur a charge of $25 per night, per person, up to four in a room.

No additional charge for children 12 and under.
