From May 25th through October 30th, cancel by 4:00 pm local hotel time, at least 30 (thirty) days prior to confirmed arrival date to avoid a penalty charge equal to 100% of the entire stay, including taxes and hotel resort fee; non-refundable. Cancellations received prior to the 30 days period will incur a one-time cancellation fee of $50.00 processed to the credit card on file.

11.625% state, city & occupancy tax per night are required year-round. A nightly resort fee of $50.00 during high season will apply to all reservations, and $25.00 nightly resort fee during low season will apply to all reservations.
The heated saltwater swimming pool is located behind the lobby. The pool is open daily, weather permitting. *Seasonal & dates may vary. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

For guest accommodations to be confirmed at the time of check in, sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorization of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of total guest room charges, applicable taxes plus a provision for incidental charges up to $150 will be placed on the card provided. Cash payment upon check out is currently not acceptable.
You must be 21 years or older to be able to check-in. A Valid picture ID and a valid method of payment is required. The credit card holder must be present at time of check in.
Pets are not allowed between May 1 to September 30. Outside of these dates, permission may be requested in advance for one ESA dog under 25 lbs per reservation by emailing email@example.com. $150 - $250 per stay pet cleaning fee required and guest must follow property guidelines provided. Americans with Disabilities (ADA) service dogs are welcome at Journey East Hampton. Please let us know you will have a service dog will when confirming your reservation with us.

Journey East Hampton is a 100% non-smoking, non-vaping facility. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within the hotel facility, including public areas. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guest room, the hotel will charge a minimum $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.
